We assess your application form and identify your business' goals and challenges.
You're matched to Mentors who have hands-on experience growing businesses like yours.
We build a custom curriculum for you and your Mentor to work through, prioritising the needle movers.
Go through the course, complete your assignments, and attend your scheduled mentorship sessions. Over the next few weeks, your Mentor works alongside you to apply your newly learned concepts and ideas to your business.

Our team and Mentors scoured the web for the most credible and up-to-date marketing and branding sources – combining ideas from industry leaders (like Seth Godin, Russell Brunson, Stephen Houraghan, and Simon Sinek) with material from top courses (by University of London, Curtin University, and more).
Finally, we applied a touch of our personal knowledge growing small businesses in a local context. This meant re-arranging the course, adding materials, and removing some.
We work with digital marketing & branding practitioners with at least 3 years of experience. They either gained hands-on experience working with agencies, or in-house with SMEs. All of them have experience with coaching, training, and guiding SME owners in growing their business.

After understanding the goals and problems of your business, we'll hand-pick and propose 3 Mentors to you. They'll be recommended based on their experience helping businesses similar to yours.
Once you have browsed through their portfolios, you are entitled to a 15-minute Discovery Call with one of them (at a time) to identify a good fit.
When we pair a Mentor up with a business owner, we're highly confident in their ability to help. But if you find your Mentor to be a poor fit, arrangements will be made for you to work with someone else.
Yes. Our guarantee can be exercised for 14 days after enrolling into a programme, as long as you haven’t had your first Mentorship Session.
